A little nerdery for you this fine afternoon: McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket is holding their first ever Star Wars Day this Sunday
The Paw Sox are going to be sharing the field with Darth Vader, Jedi, and members of a New England garrison of Stormtroopers. Bart wants to know why he never got invited to join said garrison, the 501st New England.
I can’t help but wonder, however, if these fans are just trying to upstage next week’s new Star Trek movie. If Stormtroopers and baseball aren’t really your bag, however, you can find other awesome things happening in the area in this week’s Party Line. Bart adds that those of you without Stormtroopers and baseball in your bag are anti-American. Makes perfect sense to me.
