The alphabet, for reference in case of DUI.

The Ocean State lawmaker arrested for drunk driving is pleading not guilty—despite a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit. State Troopers arrested Representative Raymond Sullivan after they saw his car swerving on I-95. They say he failed four sobriety tests and couldn’t say the alphabet. But Sullivan says he won’t resign.
