It turns out “The Boss” makes a great boss.  Bruce Springsteen has been identified by HarvardBuisiness.org as the ideal “boss.”  The site mentions Springsteen’s ability to give everything to fans, demand excellence from his fellow musicians, and his ability to connect people to a larger community, among others.
