Public drinking laws in Fort Lauderdale, Florida will be relaxed next year to help visitors enjoy a more festive atmosphere for the Super Bowl.

A city ordinance was just approved that will temporarily exempt certain parts of the city from open container laws during the 2 week celebration of both the Super Bowl and the Pro Bowl. That means you can drink in the streets!

The city commission wanted to relax the rules to help boost business at restaurants, bars, and clubs.

This ordinance has also been confirmed to increase public nudity, disgusting streets, ambulance calls, and many, many regrets.
