If you’re an NPR geek, this is your chance to pretend you’re on This American Life. The Perishable Theatre’s monthly show, Live Bait is inspired by This American Life. Come listen to real people sharing their stories or prepare your own to tell. Each month has a different theme; this month is Tough Enough. Show begins at 10 pm, admission is $5.

It’s Bob Marley’s birthday! Showcase Live in Foxboro and who else but The Cannabis Cup Band are throwing him a birthday bash celebrating his life and music. The band’s Bob Marley birthday tribute in New York City has sold out every year for over ten years and they are hoping to bring the annual show to Foxboro. Tickets are $18; the show beings at 8 but doors open at 6 pm for dinner so you can cure your uh, munchies before the show starts.
